In this lesson, students will use a paint scraping technique and basic patterns to create cute, pop-art style cats!

Materials:

• acrylic paint (in a squeezable bottle)

• cardstock (or heavyweight sulphite paper) in white and a color of your choice

• old gift card (or paint scraping tool)

• oil pastels

• black marker

• baby wipes or a wet rag (nice for easy cleanup!)
