I share some examples of portraits in my journal, talk about supplies, and some of my favorite techniques.

Materials Needed:

  • Mixed media journal

  • Stabilo marks-all pencil

  • Waterbrush

  • Shiva oil paintsticks (white, yellow ochre, red)

  • Paint pens

  • Collage paper

  • Silicone trivets or rubber stamps (for texture)

    Optional:

  • Stamps & Ink

  • Stencils

  • Tissue paper

  • Spray ink
