IN THIS LESSON
While we wait for this layer to dry, we'll take a little break to meditate and reflect on what we've made so far. In this video, Kelsi leads us in a meditation on noticing what we've created so far and embracing the mess of this layer and "messes" we may be experiencing in our day-to-day lives.
First, find somewhere you can sit comfortably or lie down where you will not be interrupted. Sit back and relax. You can light a candle or incense. Close your eyes if it feels right. Play the video to listen to the audio portion. After the meditation, you can do some journaling from the prompts mentioned in this video.
